I didn't come to yoga and herbalism through a wellness trend. I came through necessity — depression, grief, gut issues, skin that wouldn't cooperate. Conventional medicine helped some things. Plants and practice healed the rest.

L'alchémille exists because I couldn't find a school that combined the rigor of science with the depth of tradition. So I built it.
